EnterMedia Digital Asset Management by OpenEdit Inc.

Henry Stewart DAM in New York went well for us. Because of the economy, my expectations were a bit low, although we still thought it was important to attend this conference so we could introduce EnterMedia to members of the Digital Asset Management community. My expectations were way off! I've been to Henry Stewart in past years, so I know the foot traffic was down last week but traffic proved to be high leading to our booth!

We had very steady traffic to our booth, we did almost 35 one on one demo's of EnterMedia Digital Asset Management, met with some of our current clients and met lots of new faces. Although many larger firms were already using some of the commercial products, many of these companies expressed genuine interest in open source.

Some driving factors toward the interest, EnterMedia digital asset management is built on top of a framework which already includes our built-in Content Management system, EnterMedia can be developed very quickly and customized easily, interface is user-friendly and permissions very granular.

While in New York, we introduced our EnterMedia Developer Community package, $800.00 per year per named developer, includes, EnterMedia product software (SDK, binary and open source), online support, Networking with other Developers, Upgrades, Bug Fixes and Documentation.

Most proudly, we showed our newest version of what was formerly named OpenEdit DAM, now named EnterMedia. People were very impressed with what we have done with our DAM software and the fact that it is enterprise worthy pleased many! New features include, cross-catalog searching, multi-record editing, new user interface, improved record editing, CSV exports and more.
