Importing your digital assets into OpenEdit is easier now than ever before! Just follow these steps, and you will be managing your digital assets online in no time.

1. Go to the "Find Assets" menu and select "Browse Assets" to get the asset folder view.



2. Click "Add Child Folder" to create a subfolder to contain your assets. Enter a name for the new folder and click "Add". This subfolder will also be the category name which will be automatically created for you new assets.



3. You will see a confirmation that the new folder has been added. Click "Ok", and you should now see your new folder displayed.
4. Click on your new folder to select it.



5. Click on "Mount External Files", and enter the path to your digital assets.



6. Click "Save", then click the link to "Synchronize Files".
7. Your products have now been imported! You can view them by going to the "Find Assets" menu and selecting "Browse Categories".
