It looks like you have an incorrect siteRoot property. This would be set in the root level _site.xconf file, or possibly in /media/_site.xconf. Check in those files for a siteRoot property and check that it is configured correctly. We are working on a new release this week, so look for a new release to download early next week. Right now the interface only allows filtering by one extension. So for now, you need to manually add a new record, using either the upload menu in the photographer theme or the "Add New Record" link in the dark tabs theme.
