For organizations that have their own server or would like to use an Amazon EC2 Server. This is a standard EnterMedia software installation (see http://demo.entermediasoftware.com/index.html for an example of your installation). An EnterMedia developer will be assigned to remotely install and configure your EnterMedia software. Pricing does not include Amazon EC2 services, that must be purchased through Amazon (http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing).

  2. Remote installation of tested and released EnterMedia digital asset management software.
  3. Setup and configure EnterMedia features to meet your business needs.
  4. Branding of EnterMedia with your company logo and colors.
  5. Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
  6. Performance and best practices advice.
  7. Correspondence is done via the Internet using our online Issue Tracker and telephone.
  8. Includes all source code.
  9. EnterMedia status and sign-off report at end of 30 days for your technical records.

30 Day EnterMedia Service Call

For organizations that need short term service from EnterMedia staff. This plan may include technical support, training, upgrades, setup and configuration of an EnterMedia Connector and more.

  1. 30 day warranty.
  2. Must have a recent certified version of EnterMedia installed.
  3. Performance and best practices advice.
  4. Correspondence is done via the Internet using our online Issue Tracker and telephone.
  5. EnterMedia status and sign-off report at end of 30 days for your technical records.

Annual Professional Support and Services with Software Upgrade Service

This is for organizations using EnterMedia in an enterprise situation and wanting professional support from EnterMedia's developer staff to ensure a rapid resolution of possible issues which might affect your day to day operations. This support solution guarantees that you are running the most up to date version of EnterMedia.

  1. Remote support and up to 4 warranted software upgrades performed by EnterMedia staff each quarter.
  2. You will be assigned a dedicated EnterMedia Engineer who will help you get the most for your investment.
  3. 12 months of unlimited technical support of EnterMedia software. Correspondence is done via the Internet using our online Issue Tracker and telephone.
  4. Access to EM200 certified update and upgrade releases.
  5. Includes all source code.
  6. Performance and best practices advice.
  7. EnterMedia will research the source of errors or bugs users/admin experience.
  8. Must have a recent certified version of EnterMedia installed.

EnterMedia Full Service Projects - Custom Development and Services

This is for organizations interested in custom development of new features, training, services and support.

  1. Support for the following items may be requested through EnterMedia's Full Service Projects: customized feature sets, custom implementation and support, hardware, hardware or software changes, networking, training or any third party software support.
  2. EnterMedia shares management responsibility of the project from start to finish. EnterMedia works with clients to outline project goals, break work into action items, completes each item, and follows up with client to ensure satisfaction with the result. Type of work is more complex and often involves expanding existing features and/or the creation of new capabilities within EnterMedia. Given the complexity of the work, project management is usually a requirement because the development team must work directly with the client to help understand the problem and available solutions.
