Installation and Setup of EnterMedia 8

For organizations that have their own server or would like to use an Amazon EC2 Server. An EnterMedia developer will be assigned to remotely install and configure your EnterMedia software. Pricing does not include Amazon EC2 services, that must be purchased through Amazon (http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing).

  1. EnterMedia 8 includes EnterMedia Manager, Media Library and Share
  2. 30 day warranty and training.
  3. Remote installation of tested and released EnterMedia digital asset management software.
  4. Setup and configure EnterMedia features to meet your business needs.
  5. Branding of EnterMedia with your company logo and colors.
  6. Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
  7. Performance and best practices advice.
  8. Correspondence is done via the Internet using our online Issue Tracker and telephone.
  9. Includes all source code.
  10. EnterMedia status and sign-off report at end of 30 days for your technical records.

EnterMedia One Year Limited Warranty Plan

This plan is for organizations familiar with EnterMedia and needing once a month professional support to ensure a resolution of common EnterMedia software issues.

This warranty plan allows for:

  • Non-emergency support request. Once a month, one hour remote service call, with an EnterMedia developer and the client. Any non-emergency questions or consulting can be discussed during this time.
  • Emergency support request. EnterMedia will make a best efforts to provide one business day response time for all emergency requests. Examples of emergency requests are, Users cannot access EnterMedia software or EnterMedia server.
  1. No other service and support, customization and consulting requests, are included with this warranty.  Additional service and support calls must be approved by the customer and will be billed separately.
  2. Customer will be supported by an EnterMedia developer using our online issue tracker.
  3. Client can assign a single contact person able to engage EnterMedia support.
  4. Technical Support will be provided during normal business days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
  5. Must have a recent certified version of EnterMedia installed.

Annual EnterMedia Software Service Level Agreement

This is for organizations using EnterMedia in an enterprise situation and wanting professional support from EnterMedia's developer staff to ensure a rapid resolution of possible issues which might affect your day to day operations. This support solution guarantees that you are running the most up to date version of EnterMedia.

  1. Twelve months online technical support of EnterMedia software.
  2. Assign one EnterMedia Support Engineer to support a single EnterMedia server.
  3. Maintain one business day EnterMedia developer response time.
  4. EnterMedia Engineer will research the source of errors and bugs.
  5. When possible make fixes or configuration changes to address the problem.
  6. Software upgrades and patches as they become available from the EnterMedia development team.
  7. An EnterMedia Support Engineer may remotely access your server to offer advice when evaluating an EnterMedia software issue.
  8. Apply performance and best practice settings to your EnterMedia installation.
  9. Must have a recent certified version of EnterMedia installed.

EnterMedia Full Service Projects - Custom Development and Services

This is for organizations interested in custom development of new features, training, services and support.

  1. Support for the following items may be requested through EnterMedia's Full Service Projects: customized feature sets, custom implementation and support, hardware, hardware or software changes, networking, training or any third party software support.
  2. EnterMedia shares management responsibility of the project from start to finish. EnterMedia works with clients to outline project goals, break work into action items, completes each item, and follows up with client to ensure satisfaction with the result. Type of work is more complex and often involves expanding existing features and/or the creation of new capabilities within EnterMedia. Given the complexity of the work, project management is usually a requirement because the development team must work directly with the client to help understand the problem and available solutions.
